Text
Swamp and overflowed lands belonging to the state may be sold by the commission under rules and regulations prescribed by it and at a price fixed by it, payment to be made in cash to the commission. This section shall not affect the sale of swamp and overflowed lands under any application filed with the commission prior to September 19, 1939.
