California·Code PRC Public Resources Code - PRC·Div. 36. DIVISION 36. MARINE INVASIVE SPECIES ACT·Ch. 5. CHAPTER 5. Civil and Criminal Penalties and Liability
A person who violates subdivision (c) of Section 71216 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and is punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one year.
