Text

The commission, in the name of the State, may purchase or receive by donation or lease any right of way or easement in real property, or any real property in fee simple, necessary or proper for sites for drilling operations, storage of oil, dehydration plants, absorption plants, or other operations necessary or proper under this chapter.
