Text
The office shall award grants to public agencies and nonprofit organizations to improve the management of California’s historical resources that, because of natural events or human activities, have suffered impairment or loss of historic integrity. Grants made pursuant to this section shall not be available to acquire public facilities, except to the extent the acquisition is incidental to the historical resource management project.
