Text

On or before January 1, 1991, all lead-acid batteries purchased by any state agency for, and, at the next required installation of a battery in, an automobile or light truck owned or operated by the state agency, the battery shall be a recycled lead-acid battery, to the extent that all existing stock of nonrecycled batteries have been utilized.
