To the extent necessary to conform to the provisions and requirements of this article, and to any order of unitization or other order, rule or regulation of the supervisor, made and adopted pursuant hereto, all leases, contracts, and all other rights and obligations shall be regarded as modified and amended, but otherwise to remain in full force and effect. Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to extend the term of any lease or other agreement. Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to require a transfer to or vesting in the unit operator, or in persons other than those owning the same at the time of the creation of the unit, of title to the separately owned tracts or to any leases or other drilling and operating agreements thereon within the unit area, other
