In Ventura County:
(a)
Near the mouth of the Ventura River, approximately 190 acres are added as specifically shown on map 19.
(b)
In the City of San Buenaventura, approximately 240 acres are excluded as specifically shown on map 19.
(c)
In the City of Oxnard and a small unincorporated area, approximately 130 acres are excluded and approximately 85 acres are added as specifically shown on map 20.
(d)
In the area described as Section 36, T. 1 N., R. 20 W., S.B.B.L., the boundary is moved seaward to the five-mile limit described in Section 30103 and as specifically shown on map 21.
