(a)
On or before January 1, 2010, and annually thereafter, the department, in collaboration with the commission, shall submit to the Legislature’s fiscal and appropriate policy committees a report that includes an initial list of projects identified and planned for the 2009–10 fiscal year, and for each fiscal year thereafter. The report also shall include the anticipated cost of each project, an analysis of the results of the methodology, and an estimate of energy savings to be achieved.
(b)
On or before July 1, 2010, the department, in collaboration with the commission, shall submit to the Legislature an update to the January 1, 2010, report.
