California·Code PRC Public Resources Code - PRC·Div. 14.5. DIVISION 14.5. Blue Ribbon Committee for the Rehabilitation of Clear Lake
For purposes of this division, the following terms have the following meanings:
(a)“Agency” means the Natural Resources Agency.
(b)“Committee” means the Blue Ribbon Committee for the Rehabilitation of Clear Lake.
