Text

The director may receive on behalf of this state, for the use and benefit of the survey, gifts, bequests, devises, and legacies of real or other property and may use the same in accordance with the wishes of the donors. If no instructions are given by the donors, the director shall manage, use, and dispose of the gifts, bequests, and legacies for the best interests of the survey and in such manner as the director may determine to be proper.
