§ 16002. — 16002. (Added by Stats. 2005, Ch. 693, Sec. 1.)

(a)
Recycled concrete materials may be used if a user has been fully informed that the concrete may contain recycled concrete materials.
(b)
For the purposes of this section, “fully informed” means informed of the potential use of recycled materials in a concrete product prior to or at the time of ordering, either orally or in writing, and informed by the delivery receipt as to the recycled ingredients at delivery acceptance.
