Text
The jurisdiction of a violation of Sections 412, 413, or 414, or a conspiracy to violate any of said sections, is in any competent court within the jurisdictional territory of which:
First.
Any act is done towards the commission of the offense; or,
Second.
The offender passed, whether into, out of, or through it, to commit the offense; or,
Third.
The offender is arrested.
