Text

Any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation violating the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) or more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than 30 days or more than six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
