§ 16860. — 16860. (Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 711, Sec. 6.)
As used in Sections 16850, 25105, and 25205, “locking device” means a device that is designed to prevent a firearm from functioning and, when applied to the firearm, renders the firearm inoperable.
