Unless otherwise required by context, as used in this title:
(a)“Agency” means the Office of Emergency Services.
(b)“Board” means the Board of State and Community Corrections.
(c)“Federal acts” means Subchapter V of Chapter 46 of the federal Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 3750 et seq.) and any act or acts amendatory or
supplemental thereto.
(d)“Local boards” means local criminal justice planning boards.
(e)“Executive director” means the Executive Director of the Board of State and Community Corrections.
