§ 11474. — 11474. (Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 322, Sec. 1.)

An order authorizing an interruption of a communication service shall include all of the following:

(a)A statement of the court’s findings required by Section 11473.
(b)A clear description of the communication service to be interrupted, with specific detail as to the affected service, service provider, and customer or geographical area.
(c)A statement of the period of time during which the interruption is authorized. The order may provide for a fixed duration or require that the government end the interruption when it determines that the interruption is no longer reasonably necessary because the danger that justified the interruption has abated.
