Text
The proceeds of the sale of the means of conveyance shall be applied as follows:
First—To the fees and costs of the seizure and sale.
Second—To the payment of the plaintiff’s costs in the action.
Third—The balance, if any, shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the General Fund.
