Text
In the event of the absence of the Adjutant General or of their inability to perform their duties, the Deputy Adjutant General or other officer designated by the Adjutant General shall perform the duties of the Adjutant General.
If those officers are absent or unable to perform their duties, the Governor may detail a National Guard officer to perform those duties.
