California·Code LAB Labor Code - LAB·Div. 6. DIVISION 6. The Promote Ownership by Workers for Economic Recovery Act·Ch. 2. CHAPTER 2. Definitions
For purposes of this division, the following terms have the following meanings:
(a)“Association” means the Association of Cooperative Labor Contractors.
(b)“Secretary” means the Secretary of Labor and Workforce Development.
