An underwriter’s policy may be issued under a name thus registered and shall clearly show:
(a)The names of the insurers guaranteeing it.
(b)The severalty of the contract.
(c)The proportion of the premium to be paid to each insurer.
(d)The proportion of liability which each assumes.
