(a)Bail licenses are:
(1)Bail agents’ licenses.
(2)Bail permittees’ licenses.
(3)Bail solicitors’ licenses.
(4)Bail fugitive recovery agent licenses.
(b)This section shall become operative on July 1, 2023.
