Text

Any dealer or person holding a retail seller’s permit who sells a new motor vehicle without the decal required by Section 43200 shall be subject to a civil penalty of not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000). Any penalty recovered pursuant to this section shall be deposited into the General Fund.
