Text

In developing the standards, the committee shall take into consideration the need to reduce air pollution from all sources and the need to also continue sandblasting operations as a means of corrosion control. The committee shall examine present sandblasting procedures and equipment, and determine where improvements can be made so that the standards reflect the strictest standards that can be reasonably achieved.
