Text

An authority may prescribe procedure by which the terms of any contract with bondholders may be amended or abrogated, the amount of bonds whose holders are required to consent, and the manner in which consent may be given. The provisions of this chapter and any resolution and any mortgage, pledge, assignment, security interest, insurance agreement, or indenture of trust shall constitute a contract with the holder or holders of the bonds and continue in effect until the principal of, the interest on, and the redemption premiums, if any, on the bonds so issued have been fully paid or provision made therefor, and the duties of the authority and its officers under this chapter and any resolution and any mortgage, pledge, assignment, security interest, insurance agreement, or indenture of trust
