Text
This article shall be applicable only to redevelopment projects of the redevelopment agency of the Cities of Chula Vista, San Jose, and Santa Fe Springs for which a final redevelopment plan was adopted by ordinance on or before January 1, 1979.
The Legislature finds and declares that conditions unique to the financing of redevelopment in the Cities of Chula Vista, San Jose, and Santa Fe Springs require the granting of authority to merge project areas.
