Text
(a)It shall be unlawful for the operator of an addictive internet-based service or application to provide an addictive feed to a user unless either of the following is met:
(1)
(A)Except as provided in subparagraph (B), the operator does not have actual knowledge that the user is a minor.
(B)Commencing January 1, 2027, the operator has reasonably determined that the user is not a minor, including pursuant to regulations promulgated by the Attorney General.
(2)The operator has obtained verifiable parental consent to provide
an addictive feed to the user who is a minor.
