A violation of the provisions of this chapter or rules and regulations promulgated hereunder by a person licensed pursuant to Division 2 (commencing with Section 500) or a person certificated or licensed pursuant to Chapter 17 (commencing with Section 9000) of Division 3 of, the Business and Professions Code may be grounds for suspension or revocation of the person’s license under such division.
