No health care service plan contract which covers hospital, medical, or surgical expenses shall be issued, amended, delivered, or renewed in this state on or after January 1, 1981, if it contains any exclusion, reduction, or other limitations, as to coverage, deductibles, or coinsurance or copayment provisions applicable solely to conditions attributable to diethylstilbestrol or exposure to diethylstilbestrol. Any provision in any contract issued, amended, delivered, or renewed in this state on or after January 1, 1981, which is in conflict with this section shall be of no force or effect.
