(a)
On or before December 31, 2022, CHHSA shall report to the Legislature on both of the following:
(1)
A description of the status of all drugs targeted under this chapter.
(2)
An analysis of how the activities of CHHSA may impact competition, access to targeted drugs, the costs of those drugs, and the costs of generic prescription drugs to public and private purchasers.
(b)
This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2028, and as of that date is repealed.
