(a)Before July 1, 2024, the department shall take the following steps:
(1)Conduct a stakeholder engagement process to inform the department in the development and implementation of a transition plan and defined milestones to guide the transition of Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP) to other existing Medi-Cal delivery systems or services.
(A)The stakeholder engagement process shall include representatives of the State Department of Social Services, the State Department of Public Health, the County Health Executives Association of California, the County Welfare Directors Association of California, the California Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics California, the Service Employees International Union, Medi-Cal managed care plans, children’s advocates,
