Text

Nutrition coupons in an amount sufficient to meet the nutritional needs of a recipient for one month shall be granted to a recipient by facilities and persons referred to in subdivision (g) of Section 123290 upon the written finding of nutritional need by the recipient’s physician or other health professional.
