The term “locker plant” as used in this chapter shall mean any building or portion thereof that is artificially cooled to or below a temperature above zero of 45 degrees Fahrenheit and used exclusively for the storage of any article of food for the sole use of the storer, and that article or articles of food are not for resale. If any article or articles of food stored in locker plants are for resale and/or to be used for manufacturing purposes, said locker plant is subject to the license provisions of this chapter and all sections thereof.
