Text

No civil or criminal liability shall be imposed by virtue of this chapter on any person registered under the California Uniform Controlled Substances Act who manufactures, distributes, or possesses an imitation controlled substance for use by a practitioner, as defined in Section 11026, in the course of lawful professional practice or research.
