The following definitions shall apply to this article:
(a)“Grantee” means any public or private nonprofit entity approved by the department or the State Department of Education to receive funds pursuant to this article. Grantees may include, but are not limited to, hospitals, community clinics, local health departments, voluntary health organizations, Indian tribes, colleges and universities, county offices of education, school districts, health maintenance organizations, professional health
associations, and professional health education associations.
(b)“Tobacco-related disease” means any of the following:
(1)Coronary heart disease.
(2)Cerebrovascular disease.
(3)Cancer, including cancers of the lung, larynx, esophagus, bladder, pancreas, and mouth.
(4)Chronic obstructive lung
