Text

The department may enter into agreements with any public or private organization, agency, or individual to carry out its duties and responsibilities with respect to accidental injury study and control. In any situation where these activities may duplicate or overlap the activities of another state department or agency, the department shall confer with that department or agency in order to avoid duplication.
