(a)
The moneys collected by the State Registrar shall be deposited with the Treasurer for credit to the Health Statistics Special Fund, except for the Children’s Trust Fund fees collected pursuant to Section 18966 of the Welfare and Institutions Code and the fees allocated to the Judicial Council pursuant to Section 1852 of the Family Code, all of which shall be deposited in the General Fund.
(b)
This section shall become operative on January 1, 2023.
