The general officers of the Assembly whose names and titles shall appear on the frontpiece of all publications sponsored in whole or in part by the Assembly, are:

(a)The Speaker
(b)The Speaker pro Tempore
(c)The Majority Floor Leader
(d)The Minority Floor Leader
(e)The Chief Clerk.
