Enrolled bills shall be transmitted to the Governor for his approval. Until otherwise provided by the joint rules of the Legislature, enrolled constitutional amendments and enrolled joint and concurrent resolutions shall be transmitted to the Governor and then filed in the office of the Secretary of State.
