Text

The Assistant Sergeant-at-Arms of each house shall perform the duties of doorkeeper and keep order in the halls and lobbies. They shall prohibit all persons, other than members, officers, employees, other persons who have the privilege of the floor assigned them by the rules of each house, and persons invited to enter within the bar, from entering within the bar of the House.
