§ 8670.68.1. — 8670.68.1. (Added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 748, Sec. 42.)

After the time for review has expired for a violation under this chapter or Division 36 (commencing with Section 71200) of the Public Resources Code, the administrator may apply to the clerk of the appropriate court for a judgment to collect the administrative civil liability imposed in accordance with Section 8670.68. The application, which shall include a certified copy of the administrator’s order setting liability, a hearing officer’s decision if any, or a settlement agreement if any, shall constitute a sufficient showing to warrant issuance of the judgment. The court clerk shall enter the judgment immediately in conformity with the application.
