Text
The Governor shall appoint an executive director of the California Youth Empowerment Commission. The executive director shall do all of the following:
(a)Assist the commission in carrying out its work.
(b)Be responsible for the hiring of commission staff, who shall assist the executive director with their duties as outlined in this chapter as delegated.
(c)Be responsible for the management and administration of the commission staff.
(d)Perform other duties as
directed by the commission.
