(a)
The following state and local bodies shall establish written guidelines for accessibility of records:
(1)
All regional water quality control boards.
(2)
Bay Area Air Pollution Control District.
(3)
California Coastal Commission.
(4)
Department of Financial Protection and Innovation.
(5)
Department of Consumer Affairs.
(6)
Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
(7)
Department of General Services.
(8)
Department of Industrial Relations.
(9)
Department of Insurance.
(10)
Department of Justice.
(11)
Department of Managed Health Care.
(12)
Department of Motor Vehicles.
(13)
Department of Parks and Recreation.
(14)
Department of Real Estate.
(15)
Department of Toxic Substances Control.
(16)
Department of Veterans Affairs.
(17)
Department of Water Resources.
(18)
Division of Juvenile Justice.
(19)
Employment Development Department.
(20)
Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District.

A copy of these guidelines shall be posted in a conspicuous public place at the offices of these bodies, and a copy of the guidelines shall be available upon request, free of charge, to any person requesting that body’s records.
