Text

Any judge whose term of office expires within 60 days before he or she has rendered the minimum service required for retirement at his or her age shall be deemed to have rendered that minimum service. Any judge whose term of office expires within 60 days before he or she attains the age required for his or her retirement, shall be deemed to have attained that age at any time during the 60-day period immediately preceding his or her actual attainment of that age.
