(a)
There is hereby established the Court Facilities Trust Fund.
(b)
Money deposited in this fund and appropriated by the Legislature shall be administered by the Judicial Council for the operation, repair, and maintenance of court facilities and other purposes provided by statute. The Judicial Council may delegate the administration of the fund to the Administrative Director of the Courts.
(c)
The Judicial Council shall recommend to the Governor and the Legislature each fiscal year on the proposed expenditures from the fund and submit a report on actual expenditures after the end of each fiscal year.
