Text
This article and other statutes governing unification of the municipal and superior courts in a county shall prevail over any inconsistent statutes otherwise applicable to the municipal or superior courts in the county, including, but not limited to, statutes governing the number of judges, selection of a presiding judge, selection of a court executive officer, and employment of officers (including subordinate judicial officers), employees, and other personnel who serve the court.
