Text

This article applies in each county with a population of 700,000 and under 750,000, as determined by the 1950 federal census. The provisions of Article 11 of this chapter which apply in counties with a population of 750,000 or over apply in each county with a population of 700,000 and under 750,000 except as is otherwise validly provided in this article or in Section 70058.
