Text
The resolution of intention shall also contain a notice of the time and place persons objecting to the proposed leasing may appear before the legislative body and show cause why the proposed leasing should not be executed in accordance with the resolution of intention and petition. The time shall be not less than fifteen, nor more than forty days after the passage of the resolution.
