Text
The term of office of the members of the county board of forestry is four years, except that the persons first appointed shall so classify themselves by lot that two of their number shall retire from office at the end of two years, two at the end of three years, and one at the end of four years. Any vacancy in office shall be filled by appointment by the board of supervisors for the unexpired term.
