The Director of General Services may, subject to the approval of the State Public Works Board, enter into an agreement or agreements whereby the state will acquire all interest of its concessionaire at Squaw Valley, the Squaw Valley Improvement Corporation, in exchange for an approximately 400-acre portion of land at the former Stockton State Hospital farm declared surplus by the Legislature in 1953, the sale of an additional portion of the land, and an option to purchase the remaining portion for its fair market value.
