Text
The department may expend money appropriated for the administration of the laws the enforcement of which is committed to the department. The department may expend such money for the use, support, or maintenance of any appropriate state agency within the department.
Such expenditures by the department shall be made in accordance with law in carrying on the work for which the appropriations were made.
